The United States has taken major action against four Indian companies over alleged involvement in Iran’s petroleum and petrochemical trade. Portese Partners LLP, Sadashiv Overseas Limited, PP Softech Private Limited and Prakriteez Infra Impex India Private Limited have been placed under US sanctions. The US alleges these companies imported or facilitated the trade of Iranian-origin petroleum and petrochemical products. Sadashiv Overseas has been accused of importing around $69 million worth of Iranian petroleum products, while PP Softech and Prakriteez Infra Impex have each been linked to around $25 million in alleged Iranian petroleum trade.
अमेरिका ने ईरान के पेट्रोलियम और पेट्रोकेमिकल ट्रेड से जुड़े आरोपों को लेकर चार भारतीय कंपनियों पर बड़ा एक्शन लिया है। Portese Partners LLP, Sadashiv Overseas Limited, PP Softech Private Limited और Prakriteez Infra Impex India Private Limited को अमेरिकी sanctions के दायरे में लिया गया है। इन कंपनियों से जुड़े कुछ भारतीय नागरिकों पर भी कार्रवाई की गई है। अमेरिका का आरोप है कि इन कंपनियों ने ईरानी-origin petroleum और petrochemical products के import और trade में भूमिका निभाई। Sadashiv Overseas पर करीब $69 million और PP Softech तथा Prakriteez Infra Impex पर करीब $25 million के ईरानी petroleum products से जुड़े कारोबार का आरोप लगाया गया है।
